If you are not satisfied with our products, we will refund your credit card account or return a check for the purchase amount as long as the merchandise is returned in its original condition, within 15 days of the customer's receipt. Shipping and Handling
Portrait Puzzles ships all products by UPS within 2-3 business days. Shipping options (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Next-Day) are available at check-out. UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Include street, apartment, or suite number. All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are made via the U.S. Postal Service and shipped Priority Mail. Countries outside of The United States require additional shipping costs.
