Preparing Your Files for Optimum Photo Quality:

1.) Create your files at the Actual Size of the print you're ordering. For smaller prints (10 x 16, 11 x 17, or 8.5 x 11) use a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. For larger prints (16 x 20 or 16 x 30) use a minimum resolution of 200 dpi.

2.) Save your files in jpg format (filename.jpg) with a compression setting set to Medium (5). To maintain your photography quality, the final file size should be at least 200KB for smaller puzzles and 400KB for larger puzzles.

NOTE: If you are sending multiple files, compress them into one file using either DropStuff™ or ZipIt™ software.
