Our Guarantee
Portrait Puzzles guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will first make every attempt to replace your item at no cost. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory replacement, Portrait Puzzles will refund the full price of the merchandise, less shipping costs.
Warranty
A 60-day from date of purchase replacement warranty against defects applies on all of our products. This warranty does not cover transportation costs or those products subjected to misuse or accidental damage.

Shipping times
Please check the home page to see when your custom jigsaw puzzle is scheduled to ship. Then, add the number of days for the UPS shipping option that you choose at checkout. Please do not count weekends or holidays as shipping days. Our photo puzzles ship via UPS from La Crosse, WI 54601.
Payment
For Internet or telephone orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Regardless of method of ordering, credit cards used to secure orders will be charged at the time your first paid item is shipped. Those orders made through the mail via check will be shipped upon successful clearance of the check.
