Portrait Puzzles guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will first make every attempt to replace your item at no cost. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory replacement, Portrait Puzzles will provide a full refund including shipping costs.

Shipping Times

Please check the home page to see when your custom jigsaw puzzle is scheduled to ship. Then, add the number of days for the shipping option that you choose at checkout. Please do not count weekends or holidays as shipping days.

Our photo puzzles ship via US Priority Mail or UPS from La Crosse, WI 54601.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Checks are accepted on mailed orders.
