Unfortunately, this means that the image quality is too low for us to make a high quality puzzle. If you get this message, your only option is to try a new image. Low resolution files can’t be sufficiently increased in resolution to make them work.

The source of your image can have an impact on the resolution. Files that are texted, emailed or posted online (Facebook, etc.) are oftentimes reduced in size to save space. It’s best to use the original version of the photo.

If you’ve scanned a photo, try re-scanning at a higher quality setting. We recommend that you scan a standard-sized photo at 600 pixels per inch.
